Trooper Jake Mann has been with the NC Highway Patrol since 2014 and in Law Enforcement since 2011. Trooper Mann completed the Basic Police Motor School in March 2019 and joined the NC Motor Unit in November 2019. Trooper Mann is assigned to the west motor team in Charlotte.
