Deputy Sixto-Rodriguez is currently assigned to the New Hanover County Sheriffs Office S.A.F.E. Unit (Sheriffs Alcohol Field Enforcement Unit) and is a full time motor officer. He has attended the three-day motorcycle safety class through Cape Fear Community College and attended the Northwestern University 80-hour motor officer certification course.
