Officer Goins began his law enforcement career in 1999, and has been a member of the High Point Police Department since 2005. After being assigned to HPPD's Motor Unit in 2008, he completed the South Carolina Highway Patrol's Motor Officer Course. Officer Goins is a certified crash reconstructionist, and has training in motorcycle crash reconstruction.
