Sgt. Will Henning is currently assigned the east motorcycle unit in Raleigh. He served on the unit as a Trooper from 2010-2016, and has been on the Highway Patrol for 21 years. He attended Basic Police Motorcycle school, an 80 hour course. He is a certified motorcycle instructor through Northwestern University Center for Public Safety. He also teaches driving as a driving instructor for the Highway Patrol. He has been a Field Training Officer since 2006. He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant on February 2019, and was assigned to Durham and Granville Counties.
