Deputy Joyner has been with the Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office since 1999. Deputy Joyner became a member of the Motor Unit in 2005. Currently assigned as a traffic officer for the Sheriff's Office, Deputy Joyner uses his motorcycle for traffic enforcement.
