Corporal Carter started his Law Enforcement career with the Winston-Salem Police Department in 2012. In 2016, Corporal Carter joined the Motor Unit, assigned a Yamaha FJR1300. Corporal Carter has attended over 200 hours of specialized Police Motorcycle Operator Training, to include Police Motorcycle Instructor Training.
