Officer Broos has been a High Point Police Officer for 27 years and is currently assigned to the department's Motor Unit where his duties include traffic enforcement and fatal crash investigation. Officer Broos has also served as a K-9 Handler and Field Training Officer. Officer Broos completed The Basic Police Motorcycle Officer Certification Course in April 2013. Officer Broos has attended several specialized accident investigation and traffic enforcement classes and is certified in traffic crash reconstruction and motorcycle crash reconstruction.
