Ofc. Scott Bell
Scott Joined the Durham Police Department in 2002. After completing the Basic Police Motorcycle Operator's School he was assigned to the Motor Unit in 2008. He is a certified Child Passenger Safety Seat Technician and has completed At Scene Traffic Crash Investigation. He also holds a General Instructor certification for the state, Bike Safe Assessor Instructor and is a Police Motorcycle Intructor. Scott holds a BS degree in Criminal Justice and is committed to highway safety and traffic enforcement.
