Lt. Allen Pearce has been with the Davidson County Sheriff's Office since 2004. Prior to being hired with the Davidson County Sheriff's Office he served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He has been on the motor unit since 2016, taking over in 2017 until being promoted in 2019 to Sgt. Lt. Pearce continued to play an active role with the Sheriffs Office motor after being promoted to Lieutenant in 2020. Lt Pearce took the motor unit back over in 2022 and oversees the daily functions of the four certified motor officers employed by the Davidson County Sheriffs Office.
