Deputy Pilcher began riding dirtbikes at 8 years of age and purchased his first street buke at 18 years old.
Throughout his career, Deputy Pilcher has served as a motor officer for Winston Salem Police Department, Brunswick County Sheriff's Office and now with Forsyth County Sheriff's Office. In 2008, Deputy Pilcher spent a year in Iraq teaching the Iraqi Police Special Operations units how to operate motorcycles in a law enforcement capacity through the INL division of the United States Department of State.
Deputy Pilcher has countless hours of time in riding, advanced training and instructing in law enforcement motorcycle operations.
