Scott Joined the Durham Police Department in 2002. After completing the Basic Police Motorcycle Operator's School, he was assigned to the Motor Unit in 2008. In 2022, Scott was promoted to the rank of Corporal and stayed on the unit as the motor unit's Corporal. Scott holds a General Instructor certification for the state, a Bike Safe Assessor Instructor certification, and a Police Motorcycle Instructor certification. Scott holds a BS degree in Criminal Justice and is committed to highway safety and traffic enforcement.
